Seattle Washington is a diverse and modern city. Surrounded by majestic mountains and Lake Washington on the east and the Puget Sound on the west, you would be hard pressed to find a more beautiful city in the United States if not the entire world. One of the best kept secrets of Seattle is the mild climate, rarely over 80 degrees in the summer and below 32 degrees in the winter it is always comfortable in Seattle. With all the water and mountains surrounding Seattle many of the residents take up outdoor activities such as boating, hiking, camping and fishing. Seattle called the “Emerald City” was green before green was cool. People who live in Seattle give the environment high priority, but this is in balance with solid group of world famous corporations such as Boeing, Microsoft, Starbucks, Amazon, and Costco to name a few.
