1% Transaction Coordination Fee: If you’re comfortable handling the showing & marketing of your home but not the contracts, paperwork & coordination of getting your home closed then this service maybe what you’re interested in. There are numerous details and parties involved in the sale of the home once you and the buyer agree on a price. We will assist you to make sure the purchase & sale agreement is in order, all the disclosures, legal descriptions, are in order. We will coordinate the transaction with all players involved. The Buyer & Buyer’s agent, (if there is an agent) Title Company, Escrow Company, Home Inspection Company, and handle all the necessary details to get your home or property closed as smooth and as trouble free as possible. We will handle and coordinate all these details for you for an additional cost of 1% of the sales price, which is paid upon the closing, recording and funding of your property at closing.
Full Listing Service: If you want the traditional and complete hands on marketing, negotiation, and coordination of your home or property we can provide this service as well. Please contact us for more information about our Full Service Listing program. Commission is based upon the sales price of your property and how extensive of a marketing program you wish to receive. But most homes will average somewhere between 4.5-6% of the sales price.
Additionally, if you start with the Basic Listing Plan but decide that it’s not for you, we can convert you to either the Optional Listing Service or Full Listing Service plans no problem.
