MLS Keybox: For a $100.00 upgrade we will provide an official MLS keybox for your use to facilitate easy agent access for showings. This keybox tracks all MLS members who show your home as well as elevates your having to be at home during the showing of your home.

Extra “For Sale” signs: For $15.00 we will provide extra “For Sale” signs for your use.

Professional Photography & Virtual Tours: They say a picture is worth 1,000 words this is very true in real estate. If you desire photos of your home with a professional touch or want more than 15 photos offered in the basic listing package. I will put you in touch with a professional photographer that for $200-$300 can take top quality photos of your home. If you have a very photogenic home or property this is a service I highly recommend.

Home Inspections: Most buyers purchase a home with a home inspection contingency in the contract. A seller prior to selling there home may have there home inspected. This accomplishes many things for the seller, if you find problems you were unaware of you may decide to fix the problem prior to selling your home. Or you know about the problems before you receive an offer and can adjust your price to reflect the cost of the repair but leave the repairs for the new owner. Either way you find if any problems exist with your home before you negotiate the price with a potential buyer not after. The biggest reason for sales to fail after your home is under contract is because the buyer & seller can’t come to an agreement on the home inspection contingency. I can put you in touch with a few home inspections companies to perform this service for you if you desire. Cost of home inspections is usually based upon the size of the home but most inspections run $250-$450 for a home & pest inspection.
